    Autographed Cover.   Noel Wien was the first pilot to fly over the arctic circle in 1924.  In 1927 he founded Wien Air Alaska, Alaska's First Airline.  In 1929 he flew, with Don Cripe, the first non-stop flight from America to Asia across the Bering Strait.
