Do you need your wireless signal to reach farther?
Frustrated by signals dropping or not reaching the spot you need?
Bought an expensive wifi antenna and it doesn't make your wireless signal any stronger?
Wi-Fi antennas and cables are a system, having a good antenna and a cheap cable will make getting the wireless signal you need impossible.  Not being able to get solid wireless Internet coverage where you need it is aggravating.  Home and Commercial users as will as the Military have used our cables for years to provide wifi connectivity to large coverage areas.
Dependability. Efficiency. Quality. These are the guiding principles behind 50 ohm Times Microwave LMR-400 Coax Antenna cable. Made with pride in the USA, this cable is made only from quality components to ensure the optimal signal extension for your Wireless network.  If signal strength and consistency are your concerns, this coax cable meets all your needs. It is made to exacting Times Microwave LMR specifications (download the spec sheet below) and is designed to carry the strongest possible signal to your antenna. When it comes to transmission quality and peace of mind, nothing beats our coax. Most eBay antenna cables are simply cheap Times Microwave or Andrew copies. US-made products use high-precision quality control and mission critical attention to detail. If you're looking for high quality Times Microwave compliant products, buy 50 ohm our Coax Antenna cable today and see the difference.

    DB Gain Antenna!
If you think that simply buying a cheap 9 to 16 DB gain antenna is good enough to guarantee a strong wireless signal think again! Your antenna and cable is a system. Paring your antenna with wimpy cheap cable can result in more loss than your antenna gains.
This is especially important in extending your existing router, card, or USB adapter antenna. With the wrong cable you will loose more than your antenna gains and go nowhere.
You can add a New Antenna and loose signal strength!

    Watch Out
For Microwave Coax use like Wireless Internet Antennas  broadcasting at 2.4 GHz and above the quality of your cable and its transmission loss is critical.
RG-174 and poor quality RG-58 sold on eBay to connect your wifi device to your antenna can loose more signal than your antenna gains.  Check out our quality LMR-240 and LMR-400 cables and how much signal they save you on the table to the right. For LMR coax shown Loss is measured only on Genuine Times Microwave coaxial cable.

    The Fine Print
    :
If you cut it up you keep it.
Cable should be in "like new" condition, teeth marks/burns/slices etc. are not acceptable.  Please don't run it up a tower and scrape/fray it then change your mind.  Run all tests while still coiled.
If we have installed custom non-stock connectors we will not refund the price of the new connector we installed for you.
    If
    you
have installed custom connectors we will not refund what you paid for them.

    Straight or Reverse Polarity -
    Big Difference
    !
At one time all connectors were straight.  Boys were boys and Girls were girls
    then along came the Government...
In order to regulate WiFi and try to create connectors specialized for it's use we have the FCC and the wonderful concept of RP (Reverse Polarity).  Now we have Females with Male Pins and Males with Female innards.  See the picture above of SMAs, but TNCs, BNCs, Ns and others can all be Straight or RP depending on their use.  If you don't know which you need

    LMR-400 Coaxial Cable Info
    The
    Times Microwave LMR® standard
is a UV Resistant Polyethylene jacketed cable designed for
    20-year
    service outdoor use. The
bending and handling characteristics are significantly better than air-dielectric and corrugated hard-line cables.
    •
    Flexibility and bend ability
are hallmarks of the LMR-400 cable design. The flexible outer conductor enables
the tightest bend radius available for any cable of similar size and performance.
    •
    Low Loss
is another hallmark feature of LMR-400. Size for size LMR has the lowest loss of any flexible cable
and comparable loss to semi rigid hard-line cables.
    •
    RF Shielding
is 50 dB greater than typical single shielded coax (40 dB). The multiply bonded foil outer
conductor is rated conservatively at > 90 dB (i.e. >180 dB between two adjacent cables).
    • Weather ability: LMR-400 cables designed for outdoor exposure incorporate the best materials for UV
resistance and have life expectancy in excess of 20 years.
    •
    Connectors
: A wide variety of connectors are available for LMR-400 cable, including all common interface types,
reverse polarity, and a choice of solder or non-solder center pins. Most LMR connectors employ crimp outer
attachment using standard hex crimp sizes.

Times Microwave LMR-400?  This is common with poor quality cable made in Mainland China or some other lesser known locations.  Our Times Microwave LMR-400 cable is US Made, tested and certified to ensure you will maintain the boost in signal from your quality antennas. 1/2 (.405) inch Cable is perfect for runs when you don't want to loose signal strength but it isn't cheap, so please choose a product that will last for 20+ years and give you the service you require.
    Don't Buy Cheap Cable!
What many folks fail to realize is that poor quality antenna cable will cost you all the gain you obtain from installing an external antenna or relocating your antenna to a better location.  Badly made or wimpy 1/8 or 1/4 inch cable can cost you up to a Db a foot!
Most of the listings for LMR-400 cable here on eBay are
    not
.  When you read carefully you will find that the cable is not Times Micro, Not made in the US, and not guaranteed by a free return shipping policy if it doesn't meet your needs.
The ability of your antenna system to pull in the wireless signals you want to reach is what we provide thru the use of our high quality cables.  If you need to connect systems in hard to reach areas or pull in the strongest possible signal to get the highest Internet speeds try our cables!

    Attention
: There are many Chinese companies quoting the same specs as Times Microwave and Andrew / Commscope Coaxial cable.
There are some issues with this:
    Cheaper grades of cable may
    Start
with the same loss but quickly degrade over time with significant signal loss.
The Inner foil layer below the braided shield is bonded to the foam dielectric in a patented process that prevents signal leakage and moisture infiltration

Mil Spec testing criteria is not followed by many Chinese offshore producers and when retested by UL cable has repeatedly failed to pass muster.
    When subjected to
    standardized
quality testing - Jacket materials, Copper alloys, and Dielectric Foam have been found to be adulterated and containing contaminants.
    While there
    are
quality Coaxial Cable producers in China and other offshore locations they mainly produce cable for major brand name retailers who provide their own quality control, and do not sell off cable under "generic" or off brand names.
